ICT Project Supervisors – Data Centre - Helsinki Our client is a €2bn turnover, Tier:1 main contractor operating across the UK, Ireland & Europe. They undertake major, complex schemes with a particular emphasis on Data Centres, Pharmaceutical and Life Science projects. Due to continued growth in the region of their Data Centre projects division, our client is now seeking experienced ICT Project Supervisors in Helsinki. Responsibilities • Telecoms & ICT Installation Supervision Requirements Must have 4+ years experience in a similar role on large scale construction projects (preferably Data Centres) Benefits €60,000 - €65,000 + Accommodation, Rotation, Flights, Travel, Healthcare, Pension, Overseas allowance
€60,000 - €65,000 per annum + Full Rotational Package – Permanent Role
Oversee the onsite delivery of fibre and copper structured cabling systems, including splicing, patching, testing, terminations, rack installations, and fibre management systems, ensuring full compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
• Site Coordination & Stakeholder Management
Act as the primary point of contact for onsite telecoms queries, coordinating daily with subcontractors, multidisciplinary trades (mechanical, electrical), and internal teams to maintain seamless project execution.
• Health, Safety & Quality Assurance
Drive a strong safety culture onsite, carrying out daily inspections of high-risk activities and ensuring strict adherence to RAMS/CMOPs. Support QA processes through inspections, punch list management, and close-out in collaboration with the project QA team.
• Programme & Progress Management
Monitor installation progress against the project fit-out schedule, proactively identifying delays or clashes, and providing regular updates to the Project Manager. Produce weekly progress reports and support planning functions.
• Documentation, Testing & Project Closeout
Ensure accurate management of materials and Bill of Quantities onsite, while coordinating with commissioning and BIM teams to deliver test results, as-built drawings, and O&M manuals in line with project deadlines.
Must have degree level qualifications or equivalent trades’ background
EU Passport or RTW in Finland is preferred
